I have so many brown spots formed due to being in the sun for too long. Also, I am forming more wrinkles. Opus has changed the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and brown spots. My face looks younger and feels tighter. I have been working on laser hair removal on my arm pits and just with 2 times I have notices great results. Usually, I have to shave daily but with the laser hair removal its every 3 days. Patience has said a few more times and I won't have to shave any longer. Patience is so knowledgeable about all her services she is doing. She is professional and really takes the time to explain how the services are done and what to expect.

I had the Beautifill liposuction and fat transfer done in March. I did the liposuction from my outer thighs and transferred to my breasts. I had it done on friday and was back to work on tuesday! The downtime was so minimal! And I'm SOOOO happy with my results, I would recommend it to anybody! You couldn't be in better hands either, Patience and Erik are amazing!!!

Ever since having kids, I've had horrible bladder leakage anytime I laugh, cough, sneeze, jump, etc. Since doing the three treatments of the Femilift Vaginal Rejuvenation procedure, that has completely stopped! Not only that, but it has helped with other feminine issues down there. So thankful for finding this!!! Would recommend for anybody with the same issues, it is truely LIFE CHANGING! It's also super quick, painless, and no downtime at all. I went back to work right after.

I’ve been going to Flawless Salon for nearly 2 years and highly recommend. Patience is extremely knowledgeable. Ladies starting or going through menopause, if you haven’t tried pellets run and look into them immediately. Call Patience, she can answer all your questions. They are 100% worth feeling like you. You know what I mean if you’re going though it.

Lindsay was fantastic - she gave me the best facial ever, did my lashes and nails, and gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. She is a delight! Chelsea was super helpful getting me set up with appointments, and Patience and Eric were fun, professional, and friendly. And, wow, Larry gave an incredible massage. I have been doing the spider vein treatment with Patience and am so amazed at the results already! I had a huge cherry hemangioma on my nose pretty much my whole life and after only 2 treatments it’s completely disappeared and you can’t tell anything was ever even there!

I got the lip flip done with Botox. Patience is the best with injectables, it was quick and painless! I've done the procedure before and the results are amazing!

Cute full-service spa in hotel building. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I got a facial and my nails done. Felt super pampered and taken care of. I left feeling relaxed and ready to tackle my goals.

I love this beautiful salon and spa. It is so relaxing and modern. There are so many services offered. The people are wonderful and the owners are very hard working and want the best for their clients.

This spa is exactly what I imagine and more. The girls were incredibly nice and awfully welcomed I think this is one of the best spas in Montana. Whoever owns this spa chefs kiss!!

When me and my husband walked around some time in December I had my doubts because sadly I’m the past I have had quite some bad luck with spas for example I was at a Bozeman spa that actually had good rates but three days after I got my pedicure my feet turned red and the looked Unpresentable. After I have Been in flawless and it’s amazing atmosphere I’m definitely coming here again although I do have some recommendations other then that flawless salon and medical spa is one of the best spas I’ve ever been to 5/5 would recommend.

Fabulous massage with Larry! I have seen him weekly now for prenatal massages towards the end of my pregnancy. He’s the absolute best. Super respectful and listens to your needs/wants. I’m so glad he’s here. Have also gotten nails done here -- takes a little long (1 hour each for mani/pedi), but good service. And have gotten Botox at their old location. A little pricey ($12/unit, I think), but no complaints. FYI: Address is inaccurate on yelp. The salon/spa is in the Copper King Hotel by the airport. Hours are 10a-7p M-F, 10-6 sat, 10-5 sun. Appointments recommended.

I had the most amazing experience at Flawless when I treated myself to my very first facial. I love the new location at the hotel (which is gorgeous!) and Kylie was GREAT! She was very knowledgeable and highly skilled. I would recommend her to anyone!
